The construction of the new "East Kittanning Plaza" has started. When completed the Plaza will feature 10,000 Sq.Ft of Retail/Professional space located along busy U.S. Route 422 East in Manor Township (Near Dairy Queen). This new facility will is located in a high traffic area, easy on/off road access. It is unknown at this time who will occupy the facility or what services will be offered there.
